Minister Grants
The definition of grants: annual academic seats allocated by brotherly and friendly countries for Kuwaiti students with high school diplomas (Arts and Sciences and equivalent), and the seats allocated by the State of Kuwait for non-Kuwaiti students in implementation of the cultural agreement with the State of Kuwait in accordance with aid programs and foreign affairs to obtain scientific degrees.

Scholarship Plan
Conditions that
must be met by the scholarship applicant:
- 1.
Kuwaiti citizen.
- 2.
Be of good conduct.
- 3.
The student must be fully dedicated to their studies and may not combine
their scholarships with another scholarship or grant offered by another party.
- 4.
The student must have a study permit from his employer to obtain the
required academic degree.
- 5.
Must meet the conditions set by the host (country / agency) and the
ministry.
- 6.
The student must abide by all the decisions issued by the Ministry.
